1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
The item arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
The product is not as described or differs from the listing.
You received the wrong item, size, or variant.
The package does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.
Note: Photos or a short video may be requested to support your claim. This helps us process your request efficiently.
2. Return Request Window
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: within 7 days of receiving the item.
For items that never arrived: within 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Requests outside these windows may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Resolution Options
Once we receive your return request, we will review it within 24–48 hours. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
A full refund to your original payment method.
A replacement or exchange.
A “return-free refund” (you keep the item, no need to return).
Note: Some low-cost items may not require return, depending on supplier policy.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover all return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind:
Returns are accepted, but you are responsible for shipping costs.
The item must be unused and in original packaging.
5. Refund Processing
